Hi, I’m Sophie! An experienced Executive Assistant turned Virtual Assistant, with a passion for helping busy professionals in managing their time and tasks so they can thrive in the areas that actually move a business forward.

With 6 years of experience supporting private families, private equity firms, and corporate leaders, I’ve developed a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to getting things done. From diary and inbox management to CRM, expenses and travel, I’m focused on making your day run smoother, and your goals more achievable.

As someone juggling two businesses and life with a toddler, I get what it means to have a never-ending to-do list and not enough hours in the day. That’s why I bring not just efficiency, but empathy - support that’s grounded in real-life experience and built around how you work best.

PAYMENT MODELS

Pay as you go
£36 per hour

The most flexible option for your business and budget.  

I charge an hourly rate on a pay-as-you-go contract with a minimum commitment of 1 hour, and thereafter charged  in 15 minute increments, invoiced on a monthly basis.  

This is a completely flexible arrangement, with no ongoing commitments – you simply use my services as and when  you need them.

Retainer Packages

If you have a specific number of hours in mind and already know the tasks you need support for, the retainer  packages provide you with guaranteed dedicated time to use my services regularly across a set period of time.

Any additional time over the package will be billed at the discounted rate at the end of the month. A maximum of 2  unused hours may be carried over to the following month. 

Retainer options are paid for in advance of services used and start at a minimum of 10 hours per month.

Custom / One off

For specific project work it might make more sense to discuss the exact requirements and agree a one-off fee to complete the task. This will depend on approximate number of hours estimated to complete the  project, overall budget and the scope of my involvement.
